We at LSR Forge stands prepared to serve all the forging needs. Through investments in new equipment, upgradation of existing equipment, LSR Forge offers the most comprehensive advanced forging capabilities and services available in the industry. We have Two 1.0 MT, One 1.5 MT bell drop hammer and 3 MT Electro Hydraulic Die Forging hammer. We also have 1.0 MT, 2.0 MT Pneumatic and 4.0 MT Electro Hydraulic hammer to produce open die forgings. Another 1.25 MT pneumatic die forging hammer is under installation.
After procuring the quality raw material, the raw material is inspected and tested according to the requirements and test plan. After the raw material passes the incoming QC it is passed on to the cutting section where it is cut on bandsaw machines into different sizes as per requirement and design of the forging components. The cut pieces are forged with Drop Forge hammer of 1.0 MT, 1.5 MT & 3.0 MT hammer installed in the unit. We are also equipped with 1, 2 & 4 ton open space hammer, capable to manufacture forgings upto 500mm round, flats upto 600mm width and Gear blanks dia upto 1200mm. The annealing furnace is installed to obtain quality product. Also our forgings are subjected to Normalizing & Annealing treatment with a maximum temperature variation of ± 10 Degree Centigrade as per customer’s requirement. We are ISO 9001-2008 Certified unit and also certified under IATF 16949:2016 (previously TS-16949).
We have Billet Heaters for 1.0 Ton & 1.5 Ton hammers, which are fully operational. Billet Heaters for 3 ton and 1.25 ton hammer is also under installation.

We are manufacturing die forgings which are widely used in engineering industries. The forging manufactured by us are made of superior quality raw material. These products are made as per client’s requirements.
Hot Tool and Die Steel
We manufacture H11, H13, D2 and D3 rounds and flats of all sizes up to 500mm. We also manufacture DB6 (DIN- !.2714) die blocks for the forging industry.
Automotive Components
We manufacture automotive components which are known for their great strength. Due to their extensive demand in market, we do not compromise with quality of the products.
