Along with Antarctic Industries Ltd, Trishala Alloys Pvt Ltd is another steel melting plant at LSR Group. Trishala Alloys Pvt Ltd. is a unit with unmatched industrial standards dealing in the manufacturing of Ingot and casting of different grades of steel. The Plant has two 5 M.T. Induction Furnace with vacum de-gasing facility having capacity of 10 MT and is developed to cater our requirements of quality Steel Ingots & Castings of Alloy & Non Alloy Grades for our Rolling Mill.
Ingot And Casting
A defined set of steelmaking ensures quality finished ingots and moulds and to deliver the high quality of ingot mould. We manufacture ingot moulds in different sizes for use in steel plants appreciated for their high quality standards and durability.
We ensure the best quality of raw materials to be used under the state of art manufacturing plant. At every stage we have a stringent quality checks. The quality is controlled by highly trained personnel by means of continuous testing and process control. Our modern steel melting plant consist of two induction furnaces having production capacity of 2 Furnaces of 5 MT each with two crucible each.
After this ingots are casted, The ingots are stripped out from the mould after cooling upto the desired temperature.
